Wellness

As a RYT 200 certified Yoga Instructor, Jessica can help your business support your valued employees from avoiding burnout. Burnt out employees negatively impact productivity and the financial health of your business. We can work with you to develop strategies to support them in and out of the workplace and create, or sustain, a positive great place to work!

Ergonomic Support

As a certified yoga instructor, Jessica can support your workplace wellness and injury prevention efforts by providing practical ergonomic training that helps employees move and feel better throughout the workday. Through education on posture, body mechanics, mobility, stretching, and simple movements employees can use at their desks or workstations, ergonomic training can help reduce physical strain, stiffness, and discomfort associated with repetitive tasks and prolonged sitting or standing. Training can be customized to your workplace and incorporated into employee wellness programs, safety initiatives, or team trainings to encourage healthier movement habits and greater body awareness on the job.
