Project Based Pricing

Following a complimentary 30-minute consultation, we’ll develop a customized project outline based on your organization’s specific needs and priorities.

You choose the services where you need support, and we’ll create a clear project plan outlining the scope of work, key deliverables, and estimated time to completion.

Project-based consulting is billed at $150 per hour, with an estimated number of hours provided upfront so you understand the anticipated investment before work begins.

Retained Service Pricing

For businesses that need ongoing HR support, our retained services provide flexible access to experienced HR guidance without the cost of a full-time HR professional.

Together, we’ll determine the level of support that best fits your business and establish an agreed-upon number of hours each month. Those hours can be used for ongoing HR needs, employee relations, compliance guidance, leadership support, workforce planning, or other HR priorities as they arise.

Retained consulting services are billed monthly at $100 per hour, providing a cost-effective way to have trusted HR expertise available when you need it.
